As a charity it is always difficult to find people to work with, who understand
budgetary restraints, and who are willing to truly help you find the best deal,
ESPECIALLY when the kit in question is high end and expensive… However, Alan
Palmer, and the team at Academia have been nothing but helpful in truly helping us find the best deal, and advising on what we need, versus what needs to be sold! Apart from great prices, the service that Alan and the team have shown has been second to none. They have been courteous, timely, informant, and nothing but helpful… As a person who has worked in customer service and is a firm believer in having a positive working relationship, I can say that Academia does just that.
