Mission
As a leading Apple Solutions Expert for Education, Academia
aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic Goods
on the environment, by increasing re-use, recycling and
complying to the WEEE Directive.
Collection and Disposal
We seek to achieve this by offering (free of charge) collection,
treatment, and recovery of waste electrical equipment.
Academia will provide the customer with an itemised manifest
of the Goods collected at serial number level and full evidence
that all data has been removed to U.S. DOD 5220.22-M
standards.

In many cases your old Apple Mac’s still retain an intrinsic value. In these cases when you submit
an asset report to Academia we will provide you with summary of the amount you could receive
back as a credit or discount off a future purchase. This supports all Education customers looking
to reduce the whole life cost of goods.
