Agreement Period
This is a 3 year Agreement commencing on 27 July 2010 and terminating on 31 July 2013.
Institution Commitment Period
Institutions may participate in the Agreement at any time during its life, but shall be bound by its Terms and Conditions, including payments, until the end of the Institution’s chosen Commitment Period which will be three (3) or five (5) years or in perpetuity for the appliances from the date the licence is granted.
Eligible Sites
This Agreement is available to Institutions of Higher Education in the United Kingdom only.

Sophos’s security, control and encryption software and appliances.
Product Description
This agreement covers Sophos’s anti-virus, client firewall, device control, data control, e-mail security and control, web security and control and encryption products. Details of Sophos’s product range may be found Sophos Product Range.
Method of Delivery of Product
Software is delivered electronically.

Payment Terms
Site should complete and sign one Chest Sophos 2010 Agreement Schedule 4 Part 1 Particulars and Signatures plus an Institution Purchase Order made payable to your chosen reseller and a separate purchase order made payable to Eduserv for the Chest Fee, on receipt sites will then be invoiced.
