Academia accept orders online, by post or via email, fax or phone.
Payment can normally be made on Account, however we also accept a wide range of credit cards & payment by cheque.
Academia operate to a strict Service Level Agreement for the delivery and fulfilment of all orders and aim to deliver goods within 24 hours.

How do I order online?
1. From the Home page search for products by using the Browse Products by area which is in Orange.
2. You can browse by manufacturer or Industry.
3. Once you have selected your manufacturer/product click on learn more to see further info & add items to your quote.
4. Enter the number of items required in the box provided and click on add to quote. (Please note- Tabs for Mac/PC/Maintenance Options)
5. Click on view quote and then Order Now to place your order. At this stage if you are not a registered user of the site you will need to input your details to set up an account.
6. Once you have entered your details and have an account, simply login, view the quote & click on order now again.
7. You will now be at the order summary stage. From here if all is correct please select method of payment to complete your order.
How do I check the whereabouts of my software?
Upon receipt of you order we will email you a order confirmation which will provide an ETA. Please check that the delivery address you gave us is correct on the order confirmation.
Please ensure to include VAT on your order and Carriage where applicable.
The Carriage charge can be checked by raising a quote on our website but as standard we apply a £7 ex VAT carriage charge.
